Points have been part of the site for a while. Now there's more to win with them: leagues with trophies, medals and stars, and levels that keep growing.
Three leagues
- The school league: every pupil at your school.
- The qualification league: pupils at your school studying the same course.
- The class league: just the class.
Leagues count points since 1 September, so everyone starts fresh each school year. Only pupils are in them, and pupils with the same points share a place.
Trophies, medals and stars
- A trophy for the top three in the school.
- A medal for the top three in a qualification.
- A star for the top of a class.
Every league table shows each pupil's awards next to their name, and a pupil's Points page lists everything they hold.
Levels that never reset
Levels count every point a pupil has ever earned, so they never go back down when the leagues reset. When an activity takes a pupil up a level, they're told straight away.
Privacy stays the same
On school-wide tables, pupils still appear under their alias unless your school has chosen real names, and pupils can still choose to keep their name hidden. Teachers always see real names.
Where to see them
Pupils can find the leagues on their Points page. Teachers can see them on the dashboard and on each class's page.
